The Iraqi Alliance for Transparency in Extractive Industries (IATEI) held a workshop (Types of Petroleum Contracts and the legal framework for Licensing Rounds Contracts) with the support of Publish What You Pay Alliance and the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation, in Baghdad. The workshop was facilitated by Dr. Sabah Al-Saadi, the former legal advisor to the Iraqi Ministry of Oil.
